We had a dream… to gather all of our friends and relatives and join forces, resources and talent to create a more pleasant, healthier and peaceful lifestyle.

With this dream in mind, we established the following priorities of our gated, garden community:

A secure currency, English as the second language and a safe country which fosters a large cultural and ethnic community. Located close to North America, with frequent and affordable direct flights and an environment of political stability.

An area with a perfect climate year round, no history of natural disasters, breathtaking mountain views, fertile grounds with a lot of clean spring water nearby in order to maintain the gardens and grow fresh fruits and vegetables.

A safe, gated community offering chemical-free swimming pools, many beautiful common areas, walking trails, shops and every amenity that one could imagine close at hand, at very reasonable prices with low monthly maintenance fees.

All natural building materials are being used in the construction of our homes. They maintain a solid structure while minimizing our footprint and affect on the environment. As a result, we sought out and were fortunate to obtain overwhelming support from internationally renowned scientists and engineers with a true commitment to the ecology.
The economical pricing of our homes with excellent financing terms and low interest rates makes this an outstanding investment.

We fulfilled our dreams in Panama Gardens by perfectly locating our community near the beach, the mountains and the city.

The CEO worked through the Miami Beach economic revival in the early nineties and the Costa Rican boom that started in 2001. He was instrumental in the creation of Costa Rica’s Eco-Tourism International advertising campaign. Four years ago, he relocated to Panama recognizing that the impending economic boom would create even greater opportunities here than in Costa Rica.

Mr. Stavropoulos recruited an elite development team to build this world-class project, which, in the past, was also responsible for building some of Panama’s finest resorts, residential communities and commercial developments.
