There is never a dull moment in Panama City because there is a wide range of nightlife from nightclubs, casinos, folk dances, ballets, belly dancing, theaters and concert halls hosting international stars in the caliber of Shakira and Marc Anthony. The city also hosts various national and international trade fairs, conventions, expositions and a variety of special interest seminars. Casinos, dancing and other forms of entertainment are also available in all the big hotels. Other large towns and resorts have music, dancing, casinos and cinemas.

There are always fairs and festivals happening all over Panama throughout the year but during February the locals really let their hair down during their carnivals.

The locals are friendly, good looking, fun loving, peaceful, humble people with good family values. They have been working with the Americans in the operations of the Canal for over 80 years. They are easy to approach and always eager to have fun with foreign residents and visitors.
