Applied Ecology

Strict ecologists have said that the ultimate ecological residence would be a hammock tied to two existing trees. Since this option would not realistically fit the needs of the contemporary societies, developers and builders, that are committed to saving the environment, must find appealing solutions for potential buyers that have a minimum negative impact on the environment. It is not acceptable to go with what’s “hip” and focus on appearing to help the ecology instead of actually doing something ecological.

Our Concept of Ecology

Our Concept of Ecology encompasses the following areas

1. Minimal land movements. We use the natural contours of the land to manage the rain waters by directing them from the rolling hills to the creeks and then towards the river that pushes them out of the property without allowing potential floods due to clogged sewage systems.

2. No asphalt, cement or other toxic substances are used on the roads and infrastructure.

3. Special plumbing that results in the waste materials being 100% recyclable without any toxic output in the environment.
