Our Concept of Ecology encompasses the following areas

1. Minimal land movements. We use the natural contours of the land to manage the rain waters by directing them from the rolling hills to the creeks and then towards the river that pushes them out of the property without allowing potential floods due to clogged sewage systems.

2. No asphalt, cement or other toxic substances are used on the roads and infrastructure.

3. Special plumbing that results in the waste materials being 100% recyclable without any toxic output in the environment.

4. Clean water derived from windmill powered wells is used for drinking, washing, cleaning and irrigation.

5. All natural materials are used in the construction site. The building mixtures are treated with a friendly bacteria additive that eliminates humidity and toxicity thus minimizing allergies and immune deficiencies.

6. The homes use Geothermal air conditioning. The walls are very well insulated by the type of materials used and the solid construction of the homes. Micro-climatic conditions created by planting of trees contributes to the cooler environment within the community.

7. The insects are controlled with organic pest control methods or repelled by herbs, plants and trees planted in the properties.

8. The gardens will be fertilized by organic substances and the soil will be composted thus creating an all natural healing environment.

9. The use of machines is kept to a bare minimum replaced by labour intensive techniques that minimize the noise pollution that would upset the residents, the birds and butterflies while disrupting the vibrational energy of the ambiance.

10. Low night luminosity will enable the residents to engage in stargazing.
